Cali, I can't say it loud enough to you...each time you do something without smoking along with it you find that it gets easier each time. I proved this last year when I got a new car. I decided not to smoke in it. Well, after the first week it never dawned on me to lite up. Mind you, I still smoked during this time so it is doable.
I preach attitude and choice. If you dwell on the negative you will wallow in it. Praising the positive will increase the harmony and your peacefulness.
Good luck and work hard!

Cali,
Way to stay positive! Use another coping mechanism for after eating such as exercise, good book, relaxation techniques or even cleaning. Make a list and draw from it often :)
