You may find that this is easier than you think...I travel over 3400 miles a month doing my job and I too thought that I just would never over come the trigger of auto, driving, coffee and you know what...Well quess what it was in the end the easiest of all to defeat...Just stay in tune with your self and your desire to squash this thing at every turn...Remember that alot of it is theater of the mind...Nothing will be made better by smoking...I know you already know that, now rewire your brain through practice, practice, practice...Each victory is another link in the chain severed, each refusal to give in is another reason to keep giving up (smoking) and each time you take this thing down, it makes it more difficult for it to stand...When you are tempted remember the Stallone movie Rocky...When he was out classed and out gunned by Apollo Creed he gave himself over to the power of the superior fighter and won, because he could take any punch and blow that the big man could offer...You can do that too...Go ahead, "is that all you got", "that don't hurt" "That ain't nottin and I ain't going down...
You can do this, use all of your immagination and heart and you will defeat it...
