Hang in there, I can see you've were an emotive smoker, just as I was...I also understand that you will feel that you are "being in people's faces" for awhile as you sort out how to handle the stuff that we used to smoke down...
I too am in a business where I have to, shall we say, deal kindly with the human race, even when by any measure most of them are being bone heads...Just take your time you are about to be a person with whom to reacon...
