Mercy, calm down. Okay? You're very, very stressed and that's why your chest is tight. Every symptom that you listed in your post, are symptoms of anxiety. You're okay. I promise, you're okay. If you're feeling scared, sort of panicky, just try to calm down and know that you ARE okay.
First off, have you ever felt this way BEFORE your quit? Is there anything else going on that is causing you stress or making you feel depressed. Do you think that these feelings are from your Quit or could there possible be something else making you feel anxious?
Think about that and let us know. Okay? For now, KNOW that you are okay. I've had anxiety attacks too and they will NOT hurt you. The day is almost over, you'll be home, leave supper up to someone else or pick up something on your way home, and then kick those shoes off, jump into those lounging britches, and RELAX. Then come back to the site and tell us how you're feeling. Okay?
