Sarah I wanna read/do some questionnaire on panic attacks aswell. I definitely agree we are more sensitive than most. I like being sensitive in terms of being aware of things. It’s like that awareness turns up the heat and starts working against us.

I know I can be overly sensitive to things. Always have been. No street drugs here, not even cigarettes or alcohol.

Ever since I got onto this message board I've thought that i'd love to devise a questionnaire for people who suffer from panic. Like everything from environmental toxins (for example, I spent the first 12 years of my life growing up next to an orchard), to drug use (it seems many, but not all, have used street drugs in the past), to family life, to IQ...everything! I would love to research this topic and find out what similarities we all have, if any. Of course there is a genetic link, that's for sure. Once I went to a panic support group and I came away from it feeling like maybe all these people, myself included, are just too sensitive for the world. I wonder how many people with this would consider themselves highly sensitive people. Maybe we are just living life at a higher frequency than others...

hehe same here! My partner said if you go through history you’ll notice that just about all intelligent people suffer anxiety and panic. I laughed at first when he said that. But it’s so true and so unfair! Blergh I think it’s because we think too much. :confuse:

What makes a person more susceptible to the anxiety than others???? Sometimes I wanna call a "not fair" flag.
