Hi Jen,
I'm so happy to see that you have set a quit date. Jen, this is something you will never regret. So take this time to plan and get ready for you quit. Cut back and I'm sure that will help.
Jen, I saw your post on another thread. I smoked 1 pk a day. Now hold on because I'm going to take your breath away!! I had smoke for 50+ years. So if I can quit, I know that you can... I had tried several times and like I told someone today I gave up a 18 months quit. So I don't feel safe until I pass that goal. Its not that I think about it that much, but it is there. Finding SSC has really helped. There is so much support here, and they are all in different stages of their quit. So anytime you need help, someone will know just what you need to hear. And yes, there is someone here 24-7, isn't that great.
Stay strong and I will be watching for you....Congratulations!! :)
Be blessed,
Sunshine
