Ok shy, sounds lke you are starting to retrain your thinking. Way to go. Stay on track now. When you feel like you are slipping, go back to the beginning of your quit and ask yourself why you are quitting. That will re-enforce your quit. Remember the trigger points. Shyanne, it might help you to list your trigger points. I wrote them down on a small pad so I could remember what they were. That really helped me a lot. Take it one second at a time. Stay busy as not to keep thinking about your addiction. Remember, its all in your head and your mind controls the physical part of lighting up. I walk shyanne, that helps me clear my mind and it rids the urge. When I walk, I think, I think about how nice it will be to breath. And as my quit gets longer, I notice how faster Iam walking without getting short of breath. Thats when it really kicks in that Iam beating this thing. Keep alert! keep focused!
