Hi everyone: Jaybird'slady here and today is our 46th anniversay and day 6 smokefree. The patch is working but I never noticed before how many people smoke on tv. Yesterday I forgot to put the patch on and everytime someone put a cig in their mouth I did an internal grown! But I made it. I've been going thru a medical problem for the last couple of weeks and the pain in my rear has cause enough stress that my mind was never on the lack of smoking. I don't recommend that kind of cure. HA HA. Keep strong everyone, we're on our way. I enjoy reading everyones comments Jaybird'slady
