MMM...rewards...

Well, I was having trouble with this part of my program. Since I rarely hold back on anything, I couldn't really think of ways to reward myself. WAS having trouble. This weekend i used "rewarding myself" as an excuse for getting another Tattoo! WOOHOO! And then I went shopping and used it as an excuse to buy a bunch of clothes! YEEHAW! and I made it through another weekend without smoking... I also have been promoting this site to my smoker friends like crazy cause honestly, you all are the ones to help me take this quit so seiously. Is a tattoo with a cigarette and a red circle crossed out over it, maybe your quit date underneath it?? That would make you think that your quit is permanent just like a tattoo. Congrats on the 18days. What ever works for you do it! Rewards come in all shapes and sizes and don't necessarily have to cost a penny. Take the time to make a list of rewards and choose from it when you reach your goals :) Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
