New Non-smoker today - January 15, 2007 Day 1

17 years ago 0 5 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Good morning, Just looged into this site this morning for the first time. A few weeks ago I planned a quit date for today. I started off my day with a patch and am feeling Ok a little dizzy but it seems to be working. I do have a craving but it seems more of a mind thing than a physical thing at this moment. Cheers to everyone out there who is on the same journey. Good Luck! One day at a time :)

Hi! I quit one week ago today. My cravings were more physical too. According to my schedule, it was "time" for my smoke. Many times I would think I would just run outside to smoke real fast and I would have to remind myself that I quit! Hang in there and be strong, read about what is going on in your body right now. Knowing that positive things are happening may give you some strength.
