I am on day 4 of chantix am smoking a lot less because I am keeping track of when and where I smoke and why. Haven't got sick from the meds so all is good I hope. I know I will get plenty of support from this group because I did before. jnine

thanks for the welcome. I have my list of reasons why I want to quit and carry them with me. The big ones are coughing and stinking. I have sugarfree candy and fruit and veg's ready. jnine
