Hey Free - We keep track of our calories but we keep track of our fitness too....Watching diet & regular exercise has been a good learning experience for me...When I smoked I didn't bother because I think I figured I was killing myself anyway.......Now for the first time in years, I am monitoring cholesteral...fat and exercise. Todash, Thank you for sharing this tip with us. Substituting one bad habit for a great one that makes you feel good is a great strategy when quitting. Keep it up! Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Have to agree about changing the habit thing. Walking on a treadmill and doing light workouts helped me get through some of the craves and each day I get on there the breathing is easier. Think the SSC should start a health and fitness thread, which is quite different than weight gain? In this thread they have the calorie count, which is cool, but how about discussion's of people's different exercise routines. Just a thought as I was typing.
