Hi,
Im ashamed to admit that I am one of those people who used the site to quit, and kind of stopped using it once I was comfortable in my quit. I popped back in this time to write a short note to let others know that it can be done, and maybe give someone some courage to help them along. In my case, leaving the site was a bit of a personal statement to myself, that I now can cope on my own, and that not smoking is not an issue. I hope this is not sounding arrogant or rude, what I am trying to say is that leaving the site was part of accepting and reinforcing the attitude that not smoking was my normality, not an effort.
I do pop in now and again, because, after all, I would not have managed without all the great people that there are here!
Kath
