Quitting smoking is not easy and that is why we are all here-to understand the quitting process. Over the years The SSC has found that most people try to quit seven times before they succeed. While this is frustrating, it is actually part of the process of quitting. But not everyone tries quitting seven times. People who seriously prepare beforehand can successfully quit smoking - even on their first try.
