Great post Mr Ed :) I understand where you're coming from. It is a difficult time of year of many ~ for a thousand different reasons! For me, its definitely the lack of daylight hours and the grey skies. Oh, do they make me feel miserable. But.......I had those very same feelings when I smoked! Roll on Summer! Take care mate ~ thanks for all that you do here. Rachel x Two years, ten months, one week, one day, 20 hours, 31 minutes and 14 seconds. 20857 cigarettes not smoked, saving 4,692.85. Classic Mr Ed!! Nice to keep your feet on the ground with the realisation that ANYTHING might get you low for a while at any time but it is not good enough reason to just light up again - a good lesson for the newer quitters amongst us - and some older ones too! Glad you are feeling better - just keep on keeping on!! Pen d963
