Well, Today, It got a little above 40 degrees, So I took my dog for our old walk up the mountain, I must say, It was so more enjoyable then when I used to walk up that hill, Right after having a cigarette. It was so easy !! Just wanted to let everyone know.. It was very worth it, and even though I was outside, No cravings arose. Thanks to all for your support ! jame

Good for you Jame!
I also hike the mountains in our area and am just amazed at how much stamia & fun I now have as a nonsmoker. No more heavy breathing for me - - and it just gets better as time goes on.
Keep it up!

Jame - It's so helpful to hear positive experiences like this. Thanks for sharing!
One thing I've been thinking about...I wonder how dogs are effected by second-hand smoke? I use to smoke around my dog. I would never smoke around a child, but never thought about my poor dog!

I wonder if your dog said... "Hey! What's the hurry? You never use to walk this fast!!!"
Congrats!!!
