this is the first time i have ever tried to quit smoking and made it longer than 12hours.the biggest thing that impacted my thinking was when my six yr old little girl came home from school and told me.to day she learned that smoking will kill you.then she said daddy,i dont want you to die..that was a few weeks ago,but it never left my mind.i thought to myself i would die for this little girl, but im not willing stop smoking.anyways that my motivation, been 8 days and for me i think it gets alittle easyer each day.i hope im not talking to much, just nice to share with people who have been where i am..thanks.. That's the spirit, Tofast..... There IS no good reason to smoke, is there? If you find yourself trying to convince yourself otherwise, you're listening to the wrong voices. That's the addiction talking. But you have taken control and can keep control. You're off to a great start -- congratulations!
