I feel like crap

You are not dying, you are starting to live :) The things we allowed those cigs to do to us. (shaking my head). If you can just keep going, minute by minute and trust us you will get better. Check out the work program to the left. Drink lots of water, deep breathes, walk, do puzzles, hot baths anything but smoke. Come here and read and post. I have tried many times and this time I am doing it cold turkey after reading Allen Carr's book "The easyway to stop smoking" it made all the difference in the world. Good luck and welcome to the site. But it's good crap, right? Because it's crap that is leaving your body, every minute that you don't smoke. Everything you are feeling is because minute by minute, you are healing. Every cigarette that you don't smoke takes you one step closer to never feeling this way again. Hang in there, take deep breaths, drink lots of water, work the workbook, read the posts. You will not die from withdrawing from this awful drug, but this awful drug will kill you some day if you don't. Spikearoo, if I can do it, you can do it! I know you can!
