Rhonda, Some members notice no significant difference, others notice a few days of adjustment. The adjustment period usually involves a few cravings but most have no trouble managing them. Den2, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Chantix has not yet been approved in Canada. We do recommend you speak to your doctor about your Rx if you're experiencing troublesome side effects or if you feel it isn't helping you in your quit. Well, I have gone from sad to irritable. Today, I am feeling the urge to poke someone in the eye! LOL! Because I was bummed yesterday some people are coming to me (in kindness) asking if I'm feeling better. And I just want to tell them off. I know, I know, they are only trying to be nice. But they're driving me nuts! I just want to be left alone. Blue or annoyed....I don't know what's worst........ Between Rhonda who is crabby, Holygeez who is going to poke someone's eye's out, Serenity who is yelling at her daughter, and Karen who is just plain having a bad day - you guys could do some real damage as a group, so......get together, hold hands, make a circle and BREATHE. (((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) This is going to get better. It is only temporary. We are learning how to deal with life, one step at a time. Think Freedom!!!!!! Den, What are you doing to combat this? Try relaxation techniques, make a list of activities to keep you occupied or even take some time to organize yourself for the next day and keep on track. If this persists, don't hesitate to contact your doctor to rule out anything medical. Josie ____________________ The SSC Support Team.
