Time for a reward of a different kind. It's still important to take those breaks and get those rewards. For your dinner party, bring coping strategies with you and have a reward planned out ahead of time. Give yourself something to look forward to for coming home smoke free. Also never hurts to have an emergency plan, like ending dinner early if temptation proves to be too much.
