2tone,
I really believe that when we quit, our lives change. The things we did as smokers are replaced by things we do as non-smokers. Pick up a hobby that will take your focus off of smoking. For me it was golf. It occupied me both physically and mentally and I found I really enjoyed it (even if I can't hit the ball very far).
Quitting is almost like getting a second chance in life to redefine who you are. You can whipe the slate clean and start again with developing your new non-smoking persona. How many chances in life do we get to do that? This is the first day of the rest of your life. Life is short so make it the best day you can. You will find me saying time and time again that quitting is a life changing, soul-searching experience. Enjoy it!
