To think about something different you must change you thought process. Think of places that give you peace. This of a child sleeping. Think of sunsets. Of just tell those thought to go th he##. The secret is changing your thinking. Yeah it amazing how much you notice people smoking, the butts on the ground, the coughing, the hacking, the smell :eg:. Now start thinking what a gift you are giving yourself and I am sure there are many. You can not expect a life time habit (addition) to change over night. Take baby steps and you will do fine. Just remind yourself "I am a non-smoker"
