My First Ten Days on Zyban and Without Nicotine.

Tony....my daughter took zyban "before" she quit...she said it took all desire to smoke from her mind. She had in essence quit before she quit! She only stayed on it like a month...and she had some urges to smoke just like the rest of us, but she never went through that first going bonkers business of quitting the smokes. I say consider yourself lucky and press on....it ain't that easy for the majority of people.....just always be aware that your are an addict and that addiction at times can play a nasty, evil, sly game. Be careful and march on. Kathy, What are you doing to combat this? Reading and posting is a start, but you need to distract yourself! You have no energy, so take some you time and take a shower, read a book, watch a movie and sleep early. You want to make sure you start that next day better :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
