Hello Alabed
Welcome to SSC!
I know the decision to quit can be a tough one, but think of those great kids, you want to be around a long time for them. I recently found out that when I had stress or depression in my life, that is when I wanted to smoke the most. That was the most difficult time for me. But with the help of this site, God and my family cheering me along, I have made it to 14 smoke free days. You can too, be strong, and use this site whenever you need to, its here 24/7 and someone is always here to help.
You will feel so much better and you won't regret quitting. I haven't. I smoked for almost 30 years, 1-1.5 packs a day. I never thought I could quit, I tried so many times and failed. But this time, I found this site, I did the program to the left, I started Chantix (with my doctors approval) and here I am.
So you go girl!
