At first I thought this was a joke, like JohnW was just pretending to be your dad, but then I saw all those old timers - Tresa, Lin, Katy and Pat -- showing up and then I started realizing that it is true! You've got the greatest Dad, Coach, and he's one of the greatest group of folks here. They will not lead you down a wrong path. Good luck! Hey Donny, Hang in there Son, Don't let that Nickedomon push You around over a Craving, because as a rule, those craving only last 3 or 4 minutes, And it might be an hour or two before having another, Josie say to chew gun or chew sticks, Someone said once to me that Black Liquorish candy is good for cravings, its got to be black though, never tryed it myself, but must be a bit of nectar in that candy, then You got Nectorenes, They look like a peach, but a tad smaller, eat 2 or 3 of them aday, You just got to try an see what works for You, but stay on those patches, I don't know what kind of medicine Your on, but confer with Your doctor if any side- effects, using the patches, Well Donny, It's not only Your Dad cheering You on here, but some of these People have came from all four corner's of the earth, to help You succeed in kicking Butt, It give's me such Goose-Bump's, Was thinking of having a cigerette, and starting all over again, But, a cig hasn't touched my lips in almost 4 years, so I'd better not tarnish that quit of mine, Don't be bashful Don, there are other people who have just started there quit also, so don't feel Your alone, I don't know how much spare time You have on Your hands Don, but You might try joining a Health Club, with the money You save on cigs, and become addicted to excerciseing, that will take Your mind off cigs, Your probally saying under Your breath, You didn't know Dad could talk this much, Well Don, as a rule, I don't, But You see, That little Saying on the side of those cigerette packs, about being Dangerous to Your health, they didn't just put that on there for no reason, Oh No, That is the Truth if I've ever heard one, Took me 40 years to see the light, Glad Your seeing it now Son, I applaud You, Have a good week, Don' t never give Up, It's very Doable, love You Son, Smokless In Oklahoma, :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1402 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 42,061 Amount Saved: $6000.56 Life Gained: Days: 318 Hrs: 19 Mins: 47 Seconds: 26
