If possible move your computer to another room, and/or use a different chair, move the coffee cup to the other side of the key board. The point is, changing your environment can help you to avoid triggers. Simple example: I used to walk around the block in a certain direction and smoke. I then walk in a reversed direction around the block and did smoke. Change the environment in which you live. Good luck
