Jaset, you go on and go! I like you have recognized triggers, and if the PC is one, you got a choice I guess, move the coffee and ashtray, or carry on and be thankful for the help you have given others, and others have given you. However, should you feel the need to come on back for any reason, come on board the Magic Sailboat, pleanty of party and suport, and you wil forget those triggers. Good Luck, I must be off...The Captian, Mr. Magic

Jaset: Will seriously miss your "Tell it Like it MUST be Told" style, but you've got to do what's right for you. I can't wait to see you back for your 100th to welcome you to Century Beach! Keep up the good fight -- I know you will and thanks for all the tough words. Keep the faith My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 127 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,117 Amount Saved: $1016 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 17 Mins: 31 Seconds: 25

Please forgive me, but I have to leave. You see, my quit strongly depends on my trigger points. Trigger points are what keeps me alive and smoke free. With that being said, my strongest trigger point is my PC. The ashtray on the left of my screen and the coffee cup on the right. So for now I have to walk away, been getting tempted, been here way too many days in a row. I want to thank you all for your support and for your allowing me to be apart of your quit. To my auntdeb, thanks for your vote of confidence and your support. Nonic!!!!!!, tell it the way it is! There is no getting around it. We either quit or we die! Windy, please say a prayer for your friend and I will do the same. Shortcake, when you pass that coffin room, you will be thankfull! You made the right choice. Jan, your great, keep alive by keeping it out of your mouth. Babygirl, (i love that name, lol) if you smoke, Nonic will get you! lol, look out, she is tough. Freedomforme, your my leprechaun without the pipe! Keep your quit strong! Tell your friends to respect your life aroung the table. Josie, Casey and Danielle, thanks for making my quit permanent! Without you, I would be still coughing up the crap. Thanks for letting me speak my mind, afterall, smoking is in the mind, is it not? To the new quitters: The art of smoking is all in your mind. Nicotiene is a mind altering drug that is legal and it is exploited by the tabaco manufactures. Quitting is not hard, its the addiction and the urge that will destroy your quit, thus destroying your life. Kill the urge and you live, let it beat you and you die, simple as that. So if you really want to live, roll up your sleeves, and get to work! Remember, its no fun to watch your family cry. If you dont know what I mean, read, "dont you people get it" Talk to you all on my 100th. Love to you all, Jaset My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 87 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,758 Amount Saved: $478.5 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 14 Mins: 41 Seconds: 54

jaset - I admire your awareness and determination to do what you have to do to protect your quit. Will miss your active support and insight. I must state for the record that stickn to it is right. Get control of your triggers. You sound sad at leaving, are you controlling the urge, or it you? Best of luck. Hope to see you checking in when you are in a place within yourself to do so.
