It was nice talkin to ya yesterday jaset.....you are doing awesome!! You are here often..post often...My wife told me I have traded one addiction for another..This one won't kill me though!! This site has saved me from quite a few craves...I get on when I have a crave and it helps me forget! It helps to encourage newcomers as well, it kinda reaffirms your own quit. I think I have solved alot of my own problems giving "advice" to someone else. Keep up the good work, bro your doing awesome! Jaset, You are doing great! Keep up the positive attitude and you will be through hell week in no time! Detoxing from 3000 chemicals in smoking or is it 4000? I forget, but it can be really rough at times. It's why you are rubbing your face for who knows why. I said early on in my quit "I feel like a tweeker looks" all Chihuahua (shiver shake jiggle) LOL Love your cure, a shot of Jack is just what the doctor ordered, but watch out Gonna, it's a crap shoot! LOL Hang in there Jaset, you're right where you should be. Hey! 72 hours is terrific! Did you ever think you could do that? Be proud! Keep on with the one day at a time as your focus. Nothing more...but you can break it down to hours whenever it gets tough. As for the Jack...you've been watching me haven't you? Thay say not to drink when you quit as it is a trigger. I did not drink often before I quit, but I do take a stiff Jack and (diet) coke right before bed. Since it was not a habit before, it did not serve as a trigger. Plus, once I conquer smoking it will give me another flaw to work on! HAHA. That might be something I should think about. Can you become an alcoholic if you have one drink everynight?
