Way to go Tony! 165 pounds saved in 11 days! (Can you imagine telling your grandad that!) I don't understand how ANYONE in GB can afford to smoke! Canada's bad enough! Treat yourself to all the currys you want...I'm far enough away! Tony, flatulence and other digestion problems (stomatch upset, bloating, constipation, ...) are common to many quitters (myself included). Drink more water, eat more fruits & vegies (mixed vegies go well with curry!). Cheers, nmc My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 92 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 922 Amount Saved: $460 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 3 Mins: 15 Seconds: 38

Hey Tony, if my figuring is right you should be on day 17 today. How is it going? Still easy I hope. Keep the nicodemon away but always watch for him! Go back, read some old posts from some very smart people (Jacko's posts helped me alot) Read any of his old posts lately? Keep up the great quit and keep your guard up( the nicodemon can be very sneaky) Love and ((((((((HUGS)))))))) Auntie :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/22/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 132 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,964 Amount Saved: $1459.92 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 0 Mins: 6 Seconds: 11

Hey Tony, I don't know anything about Zyban but I should say: Be happy that it is easy. Enjoy that you are a non smoker now. It'doesn't have to be hard. You're doing great with 10 days under your belt.
