Hi Holygeez I remember the sleepless nights at the start of the quit and they continued for about 3 weeks I think. I was really spaced out about it but decided to cut myself a HUGE chunk of slack because the early days are a big challenge. You are being honest about how you feel which is the best way to deal with feelings. Rant and rave all you need to and for as long as it is interesting for you - you're coping that's all. Look at yourself - you are doing this and that is GREAT. all the best Sharon My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/14/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 101 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,013 Amount Saved: 271.69 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 12 Mins: 26 Seconds: 0

holygeez.. I just love your posts. I haven't been sleeping well lately (not a non-smoking issue at this stage) and was up at 4am. I should have logged into here and chatted with you! Keep up the good quit and don't push hubby out of bed. :p You are doing just great! Remember that all these feelings are temporary and life will return to some sort of normal soon. Hang in there. holy, How are you this morning? Try relaxation techniques before bed and ease yourself into sleep before your husband! Have him roll on his side to ease the snoring and perhaps have a doctor check this out for the safety of both of you :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
