Believe it or not I did think about this morning. I didn't come to anything conclusive. I thought "I'm not smoking" "I'm not craving" "I feel pretty solid" "at this point, what is my motivator" "my motivator was originally my kids - do they really care?" "I hope I didn't make the quit look too easy (they are not privy to most of my adult "stuff")(b/c I don't ever even want them to start" "good energy level - ready to get going (recovering from a back strain)" "wonder how everybody else is doing today". .
And then I had to resume my day, but I did think about it.
It was a much better thought than some past thoughts I have had such as "I've got to quit" "I can't expect to be able to continue doing this to my body" "when will my kids start smoking, especially since by my modeling, I am telling them it is OK", "Why am I doing this?" "Is this making me feel better" "what am I missing right now while I'm out here smoking this cigarette?" "I must be really stupid"
Happy breath-able day ;p
