Spaced out...

Ok... so I was reading how quitting could cause this... and I've SO been there... This morning, I read, and I'll quote, "It can include changes in distance and space perception". So should I remind my very supportive boyfriend of this as I tell him I dented the bumper this morning because I didn't see the tree was so close? :) Seriously, I put a dent in his brand new truck this morning... I was backing into my parking space at work and I swear that tree was NOT so close! Fortunately, he took it well and didn't have to blame it on the lack of cigs... too much oxygen... or whatever. I'm a lucky woman. :) Gotta have a sense of humor about all this, right? :)

A lot of people get spaced out and kinda confused, myself included. It's a good idea to try to consider safety issues like for in the kitchen, bathroom and yes- while driving. Cheryl, This is a common withdrawal symptom reported by our members. It is temporary and it passes. In the meantime, break up your tasks and avoid driving and other activities that require coordination. Also be sure to take some time going through online quit program. It is a great ressources and will teach you know what you need to know about quitting. If you have any questions, just ask. Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team
