There is a lot of good info on this site. I remember those first days, it just seemed like I was posessed and obsessed with smoking. Distracting yourself is the key here. Walk, journal, clean, whatever just don't smoke. Take a little time for yourself. Find small rewards to help get threw the day, big ones to have something to look foward to.
You are healing...All this craziness is a good thing. And temporary. Keep you reasons for quiting close and bennifits closer. I also like the idea of looking up addiction on web or even the effects of smoking....Scary stuff.
There a saying on here....
It is better to be a nonsmoker with the occasional thought of smoking. Than to be a smoker with the constent desire to quit.
