Everyone here has given you great responses. The only things I could add are 1) try to dis associate smoking from your environment and/or activities - a) re-arrange your routine (have coffee in the dinning room instead of the kitchen, Just getting on this site during the time when you might otherwise have a cigarette is a change in routine), b) re-arrange your furniture 2) occupy your mouth - candy, straws, cinnamon sticks, gum, 3) get physical when you want to grab a cigarette - jog, walk the dog, paint the house. Realize that a crave will pass whether you have a cigarette or not. Envision yourself handling this with grace. When all else fails think of us, your personal Verizon team standing behind you and just reach out your hand. That's it! You're going great!
