Try these in your cart: Frozen grapes, sugar-free gums and candies, beef jerky, pistachio and sunflower seeds, natural almonds, skinny slices of veggies/fruit, dried fruit, diet bottled green teas and water. I also put in other things to satisfy the hand/mouth thing like those individual dental floss sticks, straws or swizzle sticks. Try a stressball, snap a rubber band around your wrist, buy a magnetic dart board for the back of your office door (boss can't see his pic on the bullseye when he comes in!), keep a couple of super balls in the cart to throw around, plenty of word-searches or simple crosswords, and, in case all else fails, duct tape and a taser gun! :)
