Terri, Some days are tough. Remember to take deep breaths and use your coping skills. You can get through this. Look at your meter! 70 days is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! You are perfectly normal and these feelings of it being tough will pass. Just hang on tight! Smoking doesn't help anyway. Remember we all stumble, every one of us. Thats why its a comfort to go hand in hand. Emily Kimbrough Each of us has people and things that inspire us. We do not travel the journey of life alone. Help is available if we are willing to reach out and take someones hand. As with other life-changing experiences, lean on the things that work to get you through. Take one day at a time until those changes simply become a natural part of your existence. It does happen if you are willing to go the distance. Today is a good day to be smoke free. We are grateful to have this place where we may join hands with others that understand.
