Hi Teen,
A lot of what you are describing is still withdrawals. I know, you think you should be "done with that by now" but in truth, it does take some time to shed all the chemicals. If there are truly 3,000 chemicals in cigarettes, then you can imagine what your body is going through to get healthy now. So don't get too discouraged, but know (TRULY) that it does get better, each day, each week, it does indeed get better. Read some of the long timer's posts, they will show you that it is SO worth it, and you SO deserve the freedom!
And there is absolutely nothing wrong with going to the doctor, just to be sure. Maybe they can even give you something that will help. Keep on kickin Ash!
