Happy New Year Formyson.
You are doing a great thing. The first few days are rough. Sounds to me you have great inspiration and a little distraction. This is gonna sound simple, but it is true and effectived. When you think of smoking, distract yourself. Do anything but smoke.
I have 2 kids. They are alot of my reasons to quit. When I thought about smoking, I thought of all my reasons for quiting. I also had a list of bennifits to quit. I kept them close always. In fact I can still recite them.
