Thank you Blue! I just keep thinking I am ruining their lives.

Your kids like spending time with YOU. They love YOU, not the science museum. I understand completely why you feel guilty...As a parent you want your kids to have the best of everything, especially yourself. But, remind yourself that God intends something good from this, and your kids are ALWAYS going to love YOU, no matter what that means they do or do not do. Take care of yourself and remember that God is always in control. ;)

I feel so guilty about having anxiety and the effect it has mostly on my kids. My older ones were older than my youngest is now when I was first diagnosed. I feel I am depriving them of a different type of family life or a life all together. Like traveling etc... I can't even make it to a science museum we bought a membership too and haven't gone to one. It expires next month and was a year long. =0(
