Hi Kaitilina,
Very pretty name you have there. What happened to you at the 3 week mark and why did you wait 6 months to requit? Answer these questions to get prepared for your new and final quit because if you know what you did before that didn't work, you can put coping skills in place that WILL work this time. Most have quit more than once, but if you are honest with yourself, you do the quit program to your left, and you are prepared, you too can make this your final quit. Congratulations for finding this site! It ROCKS! I know I would not have made it this far without the support and knowledge here. Read lots, post as much as you can, both when you need help and when you can give it. I know for me, giving support and hoorays to others strengthens me and my resolve to stay quit. One day, one hour, one minute at a time, one foot in front of another. You can do it!
Know that this is your choice, and you are choosing freedom!
