Chicknoodle, Sounds like you may be a little anxious today. Getting up and doing something physical may help expend some of that extra energy. Some quitters have reported increased perspiration when they quit. It should only last for the first few weeks of quitting. If you feel it is worsening or being accompanied by other symptoms please consult your doctor. You've got a great day ahead of you, don't forget to sneak in a reward. Keep us posted. Fantastic Chicknoodle :) Just keep yourself busy and stay close to the site....read, read and then read some more! That "spacey" feeling will go soon. Its just your bodies reacting to the Carbon Monoxide withdrawal. Keep up with that self talk and don't entertain those smoking thoughts! You can do this :) Rachel Two years, eight months, 21 hours, 56 minutes and 1 second. 19478 cigarettes not smoked, saving 4,382.43. Life saved: 9 weeks, 4 days, 15 hours, 10 minutes.
