I made it! 24 long hours and I have conquered that first day. And I wish that I had seen the other post "thanking the moderators" because I would've just added there. Thanks to ParrotLady and all the other quitters for helping me through day one. I feel like I just won a small battle.

I just want to thank the support specialists for doing what they do. All should take a moment to read their biogrphies. They are real healthcare professionals with jobs and families and yet they actively provide answers and encouragement. This is a remarkable site run by remarkable people. I am 3 minutes away from completing my first smoke-free day and I am very grateful for the support that I have received from the moderators and from my feloow quitters!
