Hi Jess, maybe it's time to try something different. Getting yourself on the move always helped me, walking, treadmill, biking (weather permitting) or something soothing while you move. Yoga is great for relaxation breathing which would really be a benefit to you now and the energy drain you have been experiencing. Be gentle with yourself and take it a moment at a time. You will come through this with flying colors. Drink lots and lots and lots (did I say lots?) of water. Feel better Jess......
