Hi Jess,
I know that it's hard, but try to think of it this way: If you change your attitude toward all this, you can make it easier on yourself. I know lack of sleep is tough, but once you get over this hill, it's going to get easier. Each time you get over a point of contention, you get stronger and the addiction gets weaker. You can not expect this to be easy or every single smoker would quit and the world would be smoke free (wow, wouldnt that be wonderful). So hunker down, yank out all your coping mecanisims; hard candies, water, distraction techniques, positive self talk, and posting and reading here. If you remember just 5 short days ago when you were smoking, all you wanted to do was quit. So remember that, hand it over to your higher power if you believe in that, take a deep breath, put one foot in front of the other and keep on kickin ash!
