Hi Stardust,
I work the swing shift so don't get here in a timely manner, but I know just where you are. I think that we get stuck in that revolving door and can't quite see our way out when we are detoxing, but as those earlier have said, it's YOUR choice. Remember when you were smoking all you wanted was to quit? Well, NOW YOU HAVE!!! Hold onto that, and believe me, the time passes faster than you can believe at the moment.
And people are ALWAYS capable of believing 2 opposite things, like 'Out of sight, out of mind' vs 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder' and the like. So don't feel too badly if you think 2 things at once, just know that this whole quit thing is OUR choice, and we CHOOSE to be SMOKE FREE!!
Congratulations on your SPECTACULAR 3 days! It's probably the bravest thing we will ever do, so keep on kickin Ash! And do please remember to REWARD yourself! It's sooo important. And you sooooo deserve it!
