Just got back from the weekend and wanted to welcome you to SCC, Monica....it DOES sound like you are off to a great start. You have joined a wonderful support community here. It's so important to have your tools available to help you get through those first few weeks (whatever works for you - water, green tea, sour candies, salty treats if you crave em, straws, short walks, etc)
Rewards are also so important - everybody has different ones - some like bubble baths, window shopping, candles, new toothpaste, shopping, or saving toward something like a camera, etc. A reward is anything that makes you feel good (don't forget about them and do them often!)
There are so many people to offer support and advice. Keep posting...we'll be here.
