Hey Tony, nice to have you back!
I sure hope that 2007 will bring you a positive attitude; I really hate hearing you so down on yourself. Don't give the addiction any more ammo than it already has against you; maybe you could concentrate on the really cool things about yourself and let us celebrate them with you?

Welcome back Tony - You have made it a long way. My only suggestion is to read the book by Alan Carr. Cigarettes have been part of our life for so long, we have fooled ourselves into believing that we need them. You have the strength to make it through those nasty weeks at the beginning....now it's time to learn afew extra skills to take your quit to the end!
All the best!
Windy
