I just wonder if these harmful chemicals are also common in those "herbal" cigarettes?

Next time a crave hits you, have a think about the chemicals in the cigarette. It just may strengthen your resolve NOT to go there >
1. Carbon Monoxide - tasty little gas. Normally comes out of the car's exhaust. Yum!
2. Naphthalene - nightmare to encounter in a spelling test. Usually found in explosives.
3. Arsenic - powerful poison, great with afternoon tea.
4. Cyanide - exquisite, poisonous delicacy.
5. Phenol - gets the best shine on my toilet, ever!
6. Ammonia - similar to what was in the toilet to begin with.
Tobacco companies have been putting these chemicals into our cigarettes to make us more addicted and to mask the roughness of smoking undiluted nicotine.
Regain control.

no more cig,
The problem with "herbal" cigarettes is that MANY of the harmful characteristics of cigarettes are not in the tobacco itself, but are a by-product of when the cigarette is lit. Some brands say that they are 100% tobacco with no additives, but that doesn't make them safer because the hard occurs when the cigarette is lit and then inhaled. So no, "herbal" cigarettes are no safer than regular cigarettes... they just don't contain tobacco, and are therefore not as addictive.
