Ter, I am with you. Last night after T or T with kids, I just had a very calm casul thought. Maybe I should pick up smoking again. Like maybe I will go take a shower, or get something to eat. What start smoking after all this.No way. DARN OL NICOMONSTER.... Grace

Hi Terri And that is the way it happens. Each time you stand up to the crave, it becomes weaker and you become stronger. The triggers often come out of nowhere. You should try to Identify and list them. Then either stay away from the situation that caused the trigger or change how you behave, distract for example. You have done very well, I like what I see and I am proud of your accomplishments. Call upon me when you as you desire.

Terri - It does seem like when we least expect it that darn craving knocks us for a loop. You did the right thing by coming on here and posting. Keep yourself busy...take some deep breaths (and be thankful you can)...close your eyes and think of how wonderful you are doing and how stinky the alternative is. Hang in there - You are can it - You are a strong and powerful person.
