Keep strong. Dont be the fool like me this weekend and smoke. I made it 65 days and hit me out of nowhere. i was feeling so strong and Bam there it was. As you can see, i reset the meter and starting hell week again. Its more painful than the first one. So, walk or run, eat, just help yourself not to relapse or slip. mac
