Terri. You did great. It is just like that, isn't it? Out of the blue are the hardest ones to deal with I think because it's like getting sucker punched. But you sure did the right thing. Stayed busy and posted on here. That is a really positive sign. It came out of nowhere! I was feeling great, I don't think I thought about a smoke until after 11 am or so. Which is pretty good. This afternoon, it reared it's ugly head. Just one, you can have just one cig...come on, it won't hurt! Damn! I mopped the kitchen floor and jumped on here to post. This too shall pass! Terri, Keep strong. Dont be the fool like me this weekend and smoke. I made it 65 days and hit me out of nowhere. i was feeling so strong and Bam there it was. As you can see, i reset the meter and starting hell week again. Its more painful than the first one. So, walk or run, eat, just help yourself not to relapse or slip. mac My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/31/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: 0
